For Domestic orders (Continental United States):
All orders must be paid for before they are shipped. To make it easy for you we have placed a link on the checkout page to use the PayPal system. (You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option.) You can use any credit/debit card with PayPal or send us payment from your PayPal account. (PayPal payments should be sent to jerob@forbin.net ) If you would like to send your payment by check or money order we will ship your order as soon as we receive the payment. All orders paid by check will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of the check. Money order payments will ship the next business day. Our mailing address can be found on the Contact Us page of this website. Sales tax of 7% will be added to orders sent to Iowa.

All continental United States shipping is done using UPS ground service. The website will figure the cost and add it to your order when you checkout. If your merchandise total is over $75.00 you should enter coupon: free on the checkout page and your shipping will be free. We will do everything we can to ship your order the next business day after your order is received. If you would like to use a different level of UPS service, pleases use the money order payment type and contact us via e-mail to request this change. We will reply with the cost for the different service and you can then send your payment using PayPal. (Send payment to jerob@forbin.net)

International, Alaska, and Hawaii:
Please enter your order and complete shipping information as requested. You should use the money order payment type but do not send any money until we contact you. When your order is received, we will contact you via email with the options and cost for shipping. Due to the cost for shipping there is no free shipping for orders outside of the continental United States. Once you have received the total for your order with the shipping charges added you may then send your payment using PayPal or the mail service. For all orders:
Should your order arrive damaged or incomplete please accept the delivery and contact us via email or phone right away. If the order is damaged, please save all damaged merchandise and the packaging. This is needed for any claim to be made with the shipping company.
